I will never order from them again
I will never order from them again! We ordered some trainers which were too big, so, went to the local Bristol store who said that they would exchange them for a smaller size. However, the smaller size was not in stock, therefore the assistant ordered the smaller size and arranged for them to be sent by post. However, when they arrived the size was too big again. We returned them via UPS post as instructed on the delivery note. I never received a refund. I have emailed and they told me to go to the store! I go to the store who tell me to ask Foot locker online as the original payment was paypal. I have proof of the returns, Foot locker have emailed to say that they have received the returns but say I need to go to the Store for the are now ignoring my polite emails. I WILL NEVER order from them again. I am not one for bad mouthing on social media but i will do to ensure that my friends, family and colleagues don’t lose money like i sically it’s theft! I have proof of returns, proof they were received by Foot locker. But no refund! Theft. I wish I had seen the reviews before I made a purchase.

I ordered a pair of trainers online and on checkout, the website crashed. There was no evidence of my order, although my money had been taken. I managed to eventually speak to someone on Live Chat – after navigating the Chat Bot! – who confirmed my order had gone through and I’d receive an email when dispatched. No email! Received my trainers today but not in the size I ordered. Can’t get through to anyone in customer services. Now have to return and wait for a refund which will take who knows how long!! Won’t be using again.
My fiancé ordered a pair of Nike trainers for me on line. Got a email to say will be delivered the next day. Don’t turn up. So she emailed them. 3 days later got back to her saying there’s been a problem with the order but it’s now sorted out. 2 hours later got a email to say being delivered 2 days time. When they turned up. There was pen marks on the trainers. No tissue paper in the shoes as you would always find. Tissue paper around the shoe was just on the bottom of the box. Plus there was a sale price label in them. So no way they come from the warehouse. Come from a shop and had also been on someone feet. Emailed them again with pictures and up till now had no reply. Will not be buying from footlocker again. And trust me 90% of my trainers come from them.

Dont give them a chance
I made an order and want to cancel it and used the chatbot as they say in their website. The chat did not work and I was promised to be contacted by an 6 hours I contact them again, while I write with an agent (Sohail) my order is sent away. They can no longer cancel the order. They admitted that their chatbot was a problem, now I have to wait 4 weeks to get my money back.

I place a £99. 99 order they take my MONEY but dont send me no confirmation email or nothing ive tried everyday possible to get in contact with a real person with footlocker and its impossible and this is not the 1st time I have had had problems ordering from footlocker. So I have no idea if my order is coming or not? were it is? will I get a refund soon if it ain’t coming? when is it expected to come? tracking information? I have none of this information they are definitely a joke you wouldn’t think a company as big as footlocker would be able to get away with basically scaming people left and right its just not right and is completely unacceptable I will surely not be using this service every again as it has really messed me up & inconvenienced me this time!

If I could rate footlocker with 0 stars I would!! 2 pairs of faulty shoes sent to me, obviously no quality control at all. Returned both pairs and have yet to receive a refund; 25 days later. Absolutely shocking service. I would never order from this company again!!! I thought footlocker was a reputable company, if only I’d have read the reviews before ordering.

I place my order with footlocker on Thursday 23rd September. I still have not received any confirmation email or receipt for the item I purchased. I subsequently received an email confirming that DHL UK will be delivering my item on Friday 24th September between 17. 03-18. 03. I waited for my parcel to arrive. My parcel has still not been delivered, I have contacted DHL UK via email, tweet, I have also called them. All I get is a barrage of excuses: the driver cannot be located, the depot is not answering their phones. I have raised the matter with footlocker and their response is “they have raised the matter with logistics”. I have paid for the item, and no one can tell me where or when my parcel will be delivered. I am just being passed from pillar to post. I will never place another order with footlocker and I will make sure non of my family members places order with has been nothing but a nightmare You are quick to collect my money, but offer me no help when my parcel is missing. All I want is either replace my missing item, or refund my the trainers that I ordered in stock or was it a scam to collect my money?

Ordered a pair of Nike Air Huaraches for my son. Shoes showed up fine, he tried them on, wore them INSIDE for less than an hour to try them out – didn’t like the fit. I filed all the appropriate return paperwork, etc. and sent them back. A week later the box showed back up at my house – nearly destroyed, as was the shoe box inside – containing the shoes that were returned. In the box was a letter stating “Item is used and not restockable” – the shoes don’t have one spec of dirt or wear on them. The only reason they get 1 Star is because they don’t have a ZERO Star rating available. Place is a joke.

Alike to everyone else here – no verification email, took payment immediately, some goods never arrived and shocking customer spammed by UPS, DHL with 15 emails about dispatch (I only ordered 3 items). 1 of the items never arrived, customer service never apologized, there’s no number of ring – just someone acting like it’s not their problem. Had to re-order my shoes from Amazon, and still waiting on my refund. From now on I’d pay the extra few quid for less of a headache.

Foot Locker plans to open dozens of Power stores across the U. S. over the next few Foot LockerFoot Locker is teaming with Nike as it rolls out bigger, more interactive so-called Power stores are four times as big as a typical Foot Locker store in malls. The newest will open Saturday in New York — in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Manhattan. The retailer plans to open upwards of 50 Power stores over the next three years. It has three in the U. today: one in Detroit and two in roughly 9, 000-square-foot store in Washington Heights is the first location where Nike has brought some of its proprietary technology into another retailer’s bricks-and-mortar shop.
